If you are brand new to CrossFit, we want to ensure your introduction is both fun and safe. We require all athletes new to CrossFit to start with a 1-month Fundamental Course. The course has several starting points each month; therefore, please email us for the next upcoming Fundamental start date.
Fundamental athletes are required to attend four fundamental classes. Each class is a 90 minute session that builds on itself. If you miss a class, you can easily make it up with a following session, as each session teaches the exact same material on the corresponding day.
While in Fundamentals, athletes are welcome and encouraged to attend our main CrossFit classes, Bootcamp/CrossFit Lite, Yoga and Endurance Club classes during this month to gain experience and get a sweat on. Daily workouts will be modified around the athlete’s progress as/if needed. Our Fundamental Course is limited to 4 athletes per session. Register now to reserve your spot for an upcoming course.
$215 for Fundamental Tuition which includes an unlimited membership to all programs and classes.
