If you are brand new to CrossFit, we want to ensure your introduction is both fun and safe. We require all athletes new to CrossFit to start with a 1-month Fundamental Membership. This includes a 2 week fundamentals course to learn the necessary skills and movement patterns used in our programming. The course starts periodically throughout the month. Fundamental athletes are required to attend a 2 week course, which means Monday and Wednesday evenings for 90 mins. Upon completion of fundamentals, new athletes will be able to use the bar during main workouts with added weight approved by the class coach. We encourage all fundamental athletes to attend Bootcamp/CrossFit Lite, Yoga, Endurance Club, CoreFit, and CrossFit to get a feel of what our community is about!
