CROSSFIT

At Paper Street CrossFit, we specialize in small group training. We cap our classes at around 8 to 12 athletes per class to ensure our athletes have a personalized and safe experience. Our CrossFit programming is designed to enhance daily functional movements and improve performance over 10 different fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

Daily classes offer a constantly varied combination of Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, Plyometrics, Running, Rowing, and body-weight movements to ensure our athletes are always challenged and entertained. CrossFit classes are 1 hour in length featuring a group warm up, strength/technique section, and WOD (workout of the day).

All workouts may be modified or scaled to all fitness levels.

Requirements:

– Completion of our 1-month Fundamental Program

 OR

– Head Coach approval upon completion of our Movement Standard Test.
