CrossFit Endurance

Our CrossFit Endurance meets every Thursday at 6pm for a 1-hour session. This class is perfect for all those cardio lovers and for those needing motivation on active recovery days. We program for a variety of endurance scenarios and incorporate running techniques, mobility, interval training, endurance specific programming and so much more! Whether you love marathons or 5Ks, Go Ruck or triathlons, we have what you need to improve your athletic stamina.
