Bootcamp/CrossFit Lite

At Paper Street CrossFit, we understand that our athletes have various athletic backgrounds and fitness goals. Our Bootcamp/CrossFit Lite class has been designed for the athlete looking to lose weight, tone muscle, and have a dang good time doing it!

Bootcamp/CrossFit Lite offers our athletes a high intensity workout program featuring various combinations of less technical, light weight and body weight movements. Classes are 1-hour in length and are capped at 8 athletes per session.

We believe that Bootcamp/CrossFit Lite is the perfect class for those looking to ease back into their fitness journey, re-build self confidence, and become apart of an incredibly supportive community.
